since 1947, average pay-scale in all the private sectors is 25% of the
government sectors'. for example, if government is paying 20,000 to a
teacher of higher secondary school, then private schools are paying
about 5,000 to a teacher !, the shocking reason for this dissimilarities
is Lady employees.....
let me justify
80% indian girls and
women are not having any responsibility, and they are doing job for
hobby or a little pocket-money, whereas men are having responsibility of
their families.
because of
less responsibilities girls and women are always ready to accept the
jobs with small payment like 4-5 thousand a month. and as a result men
have to do the job with same little amount. and in this way all the
private sectors are being more and more powerful.
i don't know,
whether i succeed to explain my view or not. but i have faced this
problem, so i request all the girls and women not to sale your talent
with lower salaries, because it is harmful for both country and a common
man like me....
